Milk has always been one of the most important food. And still today milk plays an important role in the life of many people.  In the model cheese dairy "Drei Zinnen" one gets to know a lot about it, where a little museum offers a look back into the past. One learns about tradition and costumes and old  tools for milk processing.

In the manufactory area the production of various kinds of cheese, butter, ricotta and yoghurt can be followed through a window. One can also have a look into the ripening cellar, where numerous loafs of cheese are stored and looked after until their unique taste is complete.

After the viewing the products of the dairy can be tasted. In the selling area one finds a large choice of products from South Tyrol and its surroundings.
